Mandy also holds an LLB degree, reflecting her deep commitment to understanding how health and law intertwine to support vulnerable individuals, particularly those affected by trauma and personality disorders. 

Colonel Liezel van der Merwe 
National Coordinator for Trafficking in Persons at the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (DPCI), Colonel van der Merwe has dedicated over a decade to combating and preventing trafficking. Her experience in both social work and law enforcement provides invaluable insight into victim protection and multi-sectoral collaboration.
