• The Open Journal of Occupational Therapy (OJOT): A peer-reviewed, open-access journal publishing high-quality articles focusing on applied research, practice, and education in the occupational therapy profession. It is published by Western Michigan University.
• South African Journal of Occupational Therapy (SAJOT): The official journal of the Occupational Therapy Association of South Africa, it is a Diamond Open Access journal, meaning there are no publication fees for authors or readers.
• Journal of Occupational Therapy Education (JOTE): A double-blind peer-reviewed open access journal devoted to publishing research and information related to occupational therapy and occupational science education. It is published by Eastern Kentucky University.
• Occupational Therapy International: This is a fully open-access journal published in partnership between Wiley and Hindawi, though it does require authors to pay an Article Publication Charge (APC) upon acceptance.
